Make Money Now Online With Reverse - Margin Marketing

Article Presented by:
Copyright © 2008 Elizabeth Adams

Reverse-Margin Marketing might be your best-choice business model if your definition of "Now" is "in a day or two", and if your definition of "Money" is "a thousand or two."

Other models you could choose to make money now online either take longer or return less than would fit your definitions of "Now" and "Money".

One choice might be to market products offered by network-marketing companies, but they only pay once a month. The percentage of the retail price that would come to you is very small. True, your checks would get bigger as your organization gets larger, but then that takes longer, too.

A second choice might be to market products offered by affiliate-marketing companies, but they only pay once every two weeks. The percentage of the retail price that would come to you is much larger, but the number of sales you're likely to make is probably going to be much smaller--especially in the beginning.

A third and far better choice is Reverse-Margin Marketing. This choice combines the benefits of the first two while avoiding their disadvantages: your payment is immediate and is most if not all of the retail price. How does Reverse-Margin Marketing work?

Instead of buying a widget for $3 which you turn around and sell for $4, leaving you with a gross profit margin of $1, you sell the widget for $4 "first" and "then" pay the company $1 to fulfill the order "after" the $4 is in your bank account. After paying the company, your gross profit margin is $3. With Reverse-Margin Marketing, "you" are the one who gets paid first--and with the biggest piece of the pie.

Most importantly, your customer is paying you directly, not the company. The entire purchase price goes directly into your merchant account and from there directly into your bank account. You don't have to wait for a company-generated paycheck.

Reverse-Margin Marketing programs have another, very important, advantage. You establish "paylines" in the marketing process that produce additional revenue down the road. A "payline" is a revenue stream that is intended to compensate you for mentoring others who want to learn the business. The Reverse-Margin Marketing model acknowledges that your time and talents are valuable and compensates you for them accordingly.

As with many marketing models, there is an entry fee for Reverse-Margin Marketing. The "right" to resell the product costs money. In order to make money selling it, in other words, you have to pay for the right to do so. In this respect, Reverse-Margin Marketing has something in common with franchising, except that it's a lot less expensive, as well as a lot less restrictive.

The good news is that companies offering Reverse-Margin Marketing programs often have what you might call "sweat-equity" provisions which can be brought into play as a way of off-setting the buy-in. Personal production in the form of a specified number of sales up front, in other words, can usually be accepted in lieu of purchase money.

You may have questions about Reverse-Margin Marketing. Most people do, when they first hear about it, because it's so different from what they're used to. At the same time, they tend to be excited about it, too, because getting paid fast and getting paid well are two things that are very much on the minds of many marketers, myself included.

The quickest way to get more information about it is to go to your favorite search engine and type in the following phrase, quotation marks and all: "Reverse-Margin Marketing." This will weed out all the results having to do with just "marketing", or just "margin", or just "reverse", and give you only those results pertaining to the whole concept of Reverse-Margin Marketing, which is probably your best choice if what you want to do is make money now online.

Business Advertising and Branding: What Online Tools Are Effective?

Article Presented by:
Copyright © 2008 T.C. Gaity

Marketing has always been an essential element of business - both back in the day when brick and mortar stores and mail order businesses were the only options and now that the internet has become so central to so many people's lives. Business advertising - along with many businesses as well - have gone online and become even more competitive as business owners learn more about the value of text links, banner ads and other ways of getting their message out to the world.

Online advertising, however, is not limited to text links and banner ads: there are other tools that many businesses have put to work as well. For example, a number of businesses have discovered that blogging allows them to create additional text links back to their websites and to connect a more personal voice and tone with their message, reminding readers that behind every business there are people who recognize the customers' needs and have developed products and services to meet those needs.

Similarly, there's a great deal of business advertising that's found its way into forums online. From gaming communities to fitness sites, from cooking gear and kitchen supplies to crafters, a number of companies have found that there are ways of communicating with their prospective customers that are more subtle, that meet them on their level. Because that ability to communicate has done so much for business, many professionals are looking for additional ways of branding and communicating with their prospects online.

One such tool that many business owners are finding to be extremely effective includes finding sponsorship opportunities. In some cases, adding banner ads and text links to online game communities has become an ideal means of business advertising. After all, members of these communities often spend a great deal of time on the sites, doing more than just playing online games, but also contributing to site blogs, maintaining a website and participating in tournaments where there are great prizes to won.

Sponsoring those prizes - along with becoming more engaged within the communities - is a means of branding that many businesses are finding to be extremely effective. Those businesses wanting to increase their online presence with more than banner ads and text links ads find that becoming a member of these communities offers a number of benefits:

1. The chance to establish relationships with members of the community.

2. The opportunity to develop a web page within the online games community that can be used to market their websites.

3. The chance to ad banner ads and text link ads within the community to further drive traffic to their websites.

4. By donating prizes for the online games, businesses are able to get the word out about the products that they offer, and when their items are offered in site auctions, they will find that those who are playing the game to win are willing to compete to get those items.

In other words, what many find is that by focusing on business advertising and branding in communities for online games, they are able to interact with their prospective customers, establish relationships and to provide information about the products that they offer and answer any questions that others have.

Branding is all about creating relationships with your current and prospective clients; that's why sponsoring online games contributes to establishing brand identity. Online advertising - focusing on banner ads and text link ads - when done in conjunction with sponsoring online games, helps to further motivate prospective customers to look into your company and the products and services that you have to offer. By making the information that these customers are looking for available to them, you'll find that you are able to forge a relationship.

In business, the relationships that you have with your customers are the key to growth. Why not look into online advertising tools that are designed so that the relationship builds naturally? When you're able to use business advertising and promotions in order to meet prospective customers where they are, you'll find that it's easy to get them interested in your business, your products and in learning more about what you stand for. That combination helps to ensure your success.

Sales Marketing Idea

Article Presented by:
Copyright © 2008 Chet Holmes

So let's imagine that you do sell office equipment and it's your turn to give your speech and the audience is full of CFOs. If you're a little strategic, you might go with something like: "The Five Ways our Office Equipment Can Benefit You." Again, an approach like this appeals only to those who are "buying now," and possibly those who are "open to it," but pretty much 90% of your audience is leaving.

So what title would have a broader appeal? How about: "The Nine Ways You're Wasting Money in your Operations and Administration." I'm not saying this is going to rivet the executive to their chair, but they're not leaving either. They'll stay to hear a little more. This is also true for an ad with that headline. It's definitely going to appeal to the top two tiers, but it also appeals to everyone in that stadium.

Everyone is interested in saving money in their operations and administration costs. Certainly every CFO is interested in that and, therefore, they would stay in the stadium. And if everything that follows has some substance to it, you've now taken your marketing and selling activity to an entirely new level.

The hardest thing we need to do today is grab the attention of the potential buyer and keep the attention long enough to help them buy your product. This approach of offering some education of value to them gives you a significant opportunity to attract more buyers and build more credibility. I call this "educational based marketing" and here's a line you should write down: You will attract way more buyers if you are offering to teach them something of value to them than you will ever attract by simply trying to sell them your product or service.

As another example, I had a merchant services company as a client. They primarily target retail stores. So in their audience are retail storeowners. If they walk out there and start off with: "I'm going to show you why our merchant services are better than anyone else's," the 90% are leaving as they are not in the market for merchant services right now. So what could you say to keep every retailer in their seats to hear a little more? Here's a great title: "The Five Reasons All Retailers Fail." The tactical executive reading this is already saying: "But if all I really want to do is sell merchant services, than why would I bother with all this?"

Answer:

1. Because offering an education that helps the buyer is going to get more buyer interest.

2. If the information is actually good and useful, it automatically repositions you in the mind of the buyer as much more of an expert than all your competitors. (You're teaching them things about their own business that they might not know.)

3. If you think and plan strategically, you will find a way to weave that information in such a way that ultimately sells your services far better than you could ever sell them by simply flat-out pitching your product.

5 Top Secret Techniques To Make Your Adsense Website Stick

Article Presented by:
Copyright © 2006-2008 Alan Cheng

Without a doubt you need traffic to your Adsense website since your income from Google depends on it.

It's the problem which most people have problems with. If you can make your visitors stick to your website then the traffic you create should accumulate - problem solved.

Making that traffic return is the major challenge and one of the so called "secrets" of build a successful Adsense website.

What is better than having visitors continuing to return to your website, without any effort on your part? You definitely need to make your Adsense website sticky and below are my 5 tips to achieve this.

1. Have good, interesting content. This is the one of the main reasons why I favour blogs advertising Adsense. You can easily write content and update it on your website.

It's much easier updating a blog than a website. Unless of course, your website has a content management system (CMS) like a blog.

People browse on the internet to read content. So if the information provided by you is good and it is updated on a regular basis, the user will bookmark your site and will return. Even possibly a few times a week to read your content.

2. Having a newsletter subscription or a mini course sign up form on the front of your website. Once visitors sign up to your form, they are on your email list.

You can use an autoresponder to follow up with them and also email to notify them that your content is updated.

Having your visitors go on your email list will remind them of your existence so that they visit you again. However, you have to make sure that your mini-course provides good content so they will read it.

You can see how I do this with my 7 part mini-course by sending a blank mail to my autoresponder at ne-mini@onlinemoneymachine.com This is my step-by-step mini-course on making money with Adsense.

3. Having a forum on your website. With good content you will attract interested visitors to your website. These visitors love to share and discuss what they are passionate about.

A forum will act as a regular gathering place for them which means repeated visits and also increase in Adsense clicks.

4. Announcing upcoming events. In your content, you should always specify what is coming up in the next few days. Such as updated report on your particular niche.

This will increase the visitor's awareness of your website and they will remember to visit your website again sometime in the future to check out what you mentioned before.

This is a very powerful technique to build repeat visitors and it only requires a mention of what is coming in the next few days.

5. The last technique to ensure repeat visitors is to have a schedule of the updates to your website and stick to it. If your blog advertising Google Adsense is rarely updated, the chances of the visitor coming back is near zero.

People love reading good content but if they return and find that your content is the same they will rarely return. The reason is because they have a lot of other choices. The web is so clickable, you've got to get their attention.

If you stick to having updates on regular basis such as once in 2 days, then the visitor will return to read the latest on your website.

This concludes the 5 ways to having a sticky Adsense website. The best thing is to implement all 5 techniques to your website. Getting traffic is not an easy thing so make sure the traffic is your regular customer. A regular customer gives you business which in this case is Adsense income.

Benefits of Working from Home

Article Presented by:
Copyright © 2006-2008 Kate Smalley

If you've ever dreamed of working from home in shorts and a T-shirt, you're not alone. There are more than 50 million Americans working at least part-time from residences, enjoying convenience, tax deductions and other valuable benefits.

In fact, about one third of all U.S. homes have offices, according to Wirthlin Worldwide, a national opinion research and strategic consulting firm. These home office users are most likely married, middle-aged, educated and earning an income of $50,000 or more a year.

But not every business is suited to operate at home, experts say. Home offices are more acceptable for appointment-based businesses than for retail enterprises. For example, if a business is selling products, a store front off site would project a more professional option.

Home office users can set up work areas in a spare bedroom, the third stall of a garage or a separate, unattached structure. If there's no dedicated space available, an extra room could be added. And if the business doesn't require face-to-face customer interaction, a make-shift office in any free corner will do until a more suitable arrangement can be made.

No matter where their home office is set up, home-based workers get to enjoy the convenience and flexibility of operating from home. No long commutes. No office politics. Plus, they can generally work whenever they want, which can mean spending more quality time with their family.

Also, home-based workers can qualify for a variety of tax advantages, depending on the nature and extent of their business activity. Also, they may be eligible to deduct part of their utilities, home repair and maintenance, property tax and house insurance costs, based on the percentage of the residence they use for business purposes.

For example, a home-based worker using 100 square feet of a 1,000 square-foot-home for business could deduct 10 percent of the utilities, insurance, real estate taxes and a number of other indirect expenses.

Generally, to qualify for the deduction, the home must be the principal place for conducting business; the business must occupy a separate and identifiable space and use the space regularly and exclusively for business purposes. The deduction is also available to tax filers using a home office to complete business-related administrative or management activities. That is, as long as there is no other fixed location where those activities are conducted.

As a word of caution, home office deductions can be tricky and historically have drawn more attention from the IRS. To be on the safe side, home-based workers should consult with a tax advisor before taking the home office deduction.

Online Advertising and Online Games: An Ideal Match

Article Presented by:
T.C. Gaity

For most businesses, online advertising is essential. Online advertising is a chance to establish your brand, to increase your web presence and to build up the number of links that will take both current and prospective clients to your website: the more that you are able to get people familiar with your products and services, and the more that you're able to get visitors to your website, the more likely you will be to increase sales and grow your business. Obviously, those are great goals and things that business owners want to be able to accomplish.

That leaves many business owners looking for opportunities to place text ads and banner ads as part of their online advertising campaign. Some look for forums as a place where they can sponsor ads; others gravitate towards blogs that they know their prospects and customers read - as an example, companies that create computer games will focus on advertising on sites where gamers are known to be.

Of course, not all gamers are looking for the next hot game for their Wii console or their computers. Online games that allow players to interact and compete with others are sought out by many who want to be able to make connections and form friendships and to play for great prizes are a big draw for many people with a diverse group of interests and lifestyles - and that's what makes business advertising on online game sites an ideal choice for many businesses.

Think about it: as a business owner, when you are looking for ways to promote your website with online advertising, you know that there are some key elements that you're looking for. First, you want to be sure that the same visitors are coming back to the site you are advertising on regularly; one time visitors will see your ad once, regular visitors will see your advertisements day after day (or, in some cases, multiple times within a day). That same ad, catching someone's eye repeatedly, is going to make a bigger impression.

Similarly, when you choose the right site that offers online games and the opportunity for online advertising, you don't just get text links and banner ads; your business will have the chance to make a far greater impact. On one hand, many businesses find that there are sites that offer them a personalized web page - a page where they will have the opportunity to lay out information about their company, about the products and services that they offer and to begin forming relationships with their prospects.

If online marketing has taught businesses nothing else, it's this: in order to succeed in business in the current environment, there's a need for some level of transparency. Before becoming a customer, people want to have a sense that there's a real person who will be there to help them - someone with emotions and a personality. This is why blogging is so important to business and why blogs are evolving to include videos and audio rather than exclusively text.

When you choose the right online advertising outlets, you'll find that you are able to establish relationships, especially when you make an effort to become active within the community. One option, depending on where you do your advertising, is to contribute prizes that will be awarded to game winners or that can be auctioned off with the points that players receive during the competition. When you contribute and those who are playing online games are competing to win prizes that you have offered, you'll find that there is an increased interest in what you have to offer.

Attracting the interest of prospective customers is, after all, the ultimate goal of online advertising. If you are able to work with your prospects - offering them something that they want to win while providing them with more information about your products and your company - you will achieve this goal far more rapidly. Online advertising is an extremely beneficial tool and more and more businesses are taking advantage of it. As communities focused on online games continue to grow, more and more businesses will begin to recognize the value of using those communities as a way to advertise.
